Q. What Credit Cards do you Accept?
A. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
Q. Do you have a Catalog?
A. We do not have a printed catalog. Most products we offer are available to view online at www.bobbybead.com. Our shopping cart website will continue to grow as we add more and more products for you to purchase directly online. We currently have all of our Toho® Wholesale priced products as well as our Forward® Wholesale priced products available for purchase on our Shopping Cart Website. If there is something that you see at www.bobbybead.com that you would like to add to your wholesale order, please include this information in the Special Instructions/Comments about your Order box at the bottom of the Checkout page. We will add those items to your order and charge you for those items firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1 (888) 900-2323 with any questions.
Q. Are all of your items in your store listed online?
A. Definitely not. We are working on getting all of our inventory online and we will soon offer a Retail shopping cart website as well. This will include all of the Retail packaged Toho® Seed Beads that we sell in 5 gram and 14 gram containers. We do have a large inventory of items that we will continue to add to the website, so please check back ofter to see all of the new additions! You can contact us at
Q. How do I regsiter with Bobby Bead as a Tax-Exempt Customer?
A. If you are a Minnesota resident and are Tax-Exempt, please choose the *MN-Exempt option from the drop down menu when filing out your billing infromation. It's the first choice, at the top of the list. This is only important for the billing infromation, if you add additional shipping addresses you can pick the state appropriate. *Make sure you inlcude your tax exempt number in the field provided. If we do not receive that information we do have the right to charge you sales tax for your order if you are a Minnesota resident.
For customers that are not residents of the state of Minnesota, fill out the information as ususal. Make sure to provide your Tax-ID number in the field provided.
Q. Do you offer Net Terms?
A. At the present time we do not. The best form of payment to expedite an order is with a credit card. We do accept checks, but this will delay your order since we need to receive the check before we process the order. If this is your chosen method of payment, please email us at email@example.com place your order.
Q. Do you have items that other Wholesalers do not?
A. Yes. We are the exclusive wholesaler for some of our products. We are the only source for some unusual TOHO® items to the best of our knowledge. We also have hundreds of Handmade Bali Silver Items that are our own designs and the designs of our exclusive silversmiths. We are adding dozens of items to the Bali web Pages every month. We will also continue to expand our selection of Direct Imported Wholesale Items.
Q. What is your Return Policy?
A. There are no refunds. Within 30 days of purchase, you may return merchandise for a store credit or exchange. You must have your original invoice with the items returned at the time of return. All merchandise must be in original packaging, and be in it's original condition. If you do not wish to purchse anything at that time we do issue Store Credits. Store credits must be redeemed within 30 days of issue, after which it will be expired and void.
